Diane provided knowledge of the market to help us easily make the decision on listing price. She easily and with visuals explained the competing offers and managed the negotiations which was beneficial for both parties in order for a quick sale to occur. Above all, she showed care and support for my elderly parents who were selling this home. Diane assisted with getting the home ready to sell and helped with moving items out of the home as well.
